Wide processing range: Gear grinding precision reaches grades 5-6, hardness 52-58HRC, module range covers 0.25-8 modules, and custom manufacturing capabilities for outer diameters up to 1 meter. Combined with 39 patents and participation in national standard setting, we overcome core technological barriers, making transmissions more precise, durable, and reliable!

02 Synchronous Belt Pulley Series

iHF Gears won the "Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Record" award for its "Research on Bionic Tooth Profile High-Torque Synchronous Belt Pulley Design Method." This innovative design, based on bionic principles, effectively improves the problem of stress concentration at the tooth root. Compared with traditional circular arc tooth synchronous belt pulleys, it offers a more reasonable load distribution, higher load capacity, and reduced meshing noise.
